Alone | All In One: A Solitary Journey

PRE-ORDER until mid-March 2024

Orders will ship or be available for pick-up around March 15, 2024

“What if I AM The One? What if I am the person I’ve been waiting for, hoping for, dreaming of – anticipating with all my heart, mind, and soul?”

“Alone” uncontracted, is all one. Those who embrace solitude discover everything they need is within them.

Alone | All In One: A Solitary Journey is a record, teacher, and mirror. It documents mid-life pivots and understandings while exploring the beginning of seeing oneself as complete. Lacking nothing. Fully present wherever one may be. Engaged with joy and purpose.

“I exist. I Am. I am all I need. I AM ALL IN ONE. I AM HERE.”

Clichés: A Life in Verse

Clichés: A Life in Verse is a collection of poetry chronicling the various cycles of life. This collection spans childhood sexual abuse and its ramifications in early adulthood. It explores the desire to love while rejecting everything once thought to be love. It’s a story of awakening, walking away and learning to build anew. It’s a raw expression of grief, rage, and sexual angst. Every poem flows with nuances of self-exploration and discovery. Though ordered as stages of growth, faith and hope are consistent chords throughout, holding life together.

Fantasies: Wide Awake

A photo illustrated ode to a young woman’s awakening. This poetry collection is a treatise of her yearnings for an unattainable man. The journey begins with an air of innocence which quickly flows into a throbbing anticipation. Unfortunately, all joyful beginnings don’t evolve into happy endings.

Desert of Solitude: Refreshed by Grace

From worn and torn

We all want what we want when we want it. What happens when we don’t get what we’ve been hoping and praying for by a certain age in life?

Desert of Solitude is for those of us who have achieved nothing, something or a great deal but are no closer to that “one thing” we most desire. What do you think you’re missing? What do you believe will complete your existence?

Whatever “it” is doesn’t matter. You are enough for your life.

My God and Me: Listening, Learning and Growing on My Journey

Relationships change with the tide of life.

When your relationships ebb more than flow, do you find yourself asking, “Were my dying relationships ever real relationships? Are the people who maintain contact, but with whom there is no connection, worth holding on to? Should I expect a person’s presence in my life to equal dependency in my time of need? Does the quality of interaction determine the level of importance?”

The Process of Asking for, Receiving & Giving Love & Forgiveness

More than words!

No one is exempt from the desire to be loved and forgiven.

Human interactions are fraught with miscommunication, hurt, offense, and pain. Toss in diverse personalities, varying perspectives and other characteristics, such as insecurity, pride, selfishness, stubbornness, or simple lack of awareness, and you can see how relationships become stagnant and eventually die.

In The Process of Asking for, Receiving and Giving Love and Forgiveness you will see how love, repentance and forgiveness are much more than words. Each is a choice. Each requires action. Each is a divine expression of life.

I AM WOMAN: Expressions of Black Womanhood in America

This book is the antithesis to all the stereotypes, curses, expectations, misunderstandings, traditions and ignorance projected on the societal representation of Black Womanhood. It’s a visualization of how Black Women see themselves.

More than fifty women were photographed across the country. Each woman was asked to share a word they use to describe themselves. Their portraits make up the bulk of this book. A request for poetry and essays was also met with some very poignant pieces.
